Teaching / Work Experience
I have more than 10 years of teaching experience in various engineering and degree colleges.
I completed my postdoctoral studies from Zhejiang University, China.
I Published 10 papers in reputed journals and one book.
My research has been focused on metal-insulator-semiconductor
(MIS) Structures with various insulating layers.
Currently I am working on Gr/GaN and other 2D material schottky devices and photodetectors.
Other Achievements
1. Got university 2 nd rank in M.Sc Physics.
2. Awarded with prestigious UGC-RFSMS Meritorious fellowship.
