I, Dr. GuruSampath Kumar A., Associate Professor in the Department of H&S(Physics), Malla Reddy Engineering College, Hyderabad-500100., T.S., India. I worked as Post Doctoral fellow (2017-2019) at Shenzhen University, Shenzhen, P. Republic of China. He completed his Ph.D. in Physics (2016) from Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur, A.P., India. He has 14 years of Teaching and Research experience in India and Abroad. He has published 26 research papers in well-reputed journals and he has TWO National patent and ONE Australian patent. He has been doing work on the Physics of thin films and ceramics for various device applications like TCOs, gas sensors, UV-photodetectors, etc.
